I've got people in my phone listed under full names. There's too many people with the same names, i.e. the 5 "Daniel"s that I have in my phone

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Que pasa corillo! (Wassup crew!)

Nice feature of the dash gauge lights on the GT 500 Lee.

Whoa Gary's on a roll lately. He's got big cojones! Nice ride!

Seeing so many new cars here makes me

I'm proud of Zippy! Ford's kickin' it over Dodge! 4 wins in a row!

I actually got to see the finish finally... after Lee said ESPN wasn't cutting the coverage short. I figured out how to add an extra 30 mins to the DVR timer for their NHRA coverage.

Don't feel bad. I live in the same town as mine. My oldest brother never calls and when we pass each other he only waves sometimes. My other brother calls only on my birthday or when he wants something,

I only ever see them on Christmas. I'm not sure why. But I am quite a bit younger than them, I always felt like an only child anyway.

Same here. I always wonder about the age gap thing being the reason.
I kinda hated being alone as a kid because of age gap with siblings and same with my culdesac/neighborhood. But the plus side is I'm never bored because I figured out how to stay busy with creativity and imagination. The brain doesn't shut off.
Little did I know that training was going to have such a dramatic help in my later life as an adult. I may be alone but its always a party or project here. I dig being alone now.

(course I keep a lot of horses asses around for entertainment too )

As strange as it sounds I feel the same way Charlie. I know I have 6 kids and a wife now, but I'm very comfortable being alone.

Like today. I spent the entire day working on the new house. I was completely alone and got a lot done. I like it that way, I like working on the cars alone. I like doing yard work alone. I like the accomplishment of doing a job and knowing I did it all by myself. And as a kid I learned how to be alone also. Imagination is a powerful thing. I think it helped train my mind to see things how they will be instead of how they are, such as an incomplete house or a floor plan.

I knew exactly the way my house would look the moment I finished designing it.

Flip side is I am miserable in a crowd and even more so in a gathering of a group like a party. I feel alone most times there too.

Yup. During my sales career after having people in my face 60 hrs a week, I would look forward to retreating to my place 30 mins from civilization for the weekend (apparently women/wives aren't the same way lol).

Now when I'm in a crowd the clock is ticking the same way. I find I get some enjoyment at a place like the microbrew pub better if I'm at the bar - seem to like the background chatter for an hour or so - and I can chime in, or stare at the tv and not say a word. Finish my beers and head for the sanctuary. lol

I am very much the same way. My wife cant understand that if we are cleaning house or doing yard stuff or heck even jsut driving sometimes, i just want to listen to music and not chat. I get way more done when I have headphones on and listening to music than I do talking and getting distracted or having to entertain someone elses thoughts.

I also know how you guys feel. I work a lot better when I am by myself. I enjoy being by myself relaxing too.

I get the most done with the radio blasting and alone. For some reason loud music makes me get my work done!

Yeah when I am working in the shop I need to have either classic rock or oldies playing to keep me concentrating on my work.

I listen to everything but hardcore rap or country. I do like Carrie underwood though.
