i wouldnt think it was a date, not ending in "04", unless they're not the original valve covers

I'm wondering if some sort of work was done on it. I was looking the maintenance schedule earlier today and there were a bunch of ford service stamps in '04 but says nothing about what was done. It looks like someone wrote it on there with a knife or something. I can take pics tomorrow...

I find this hilarious:

WITHOUT THE AMBER REFLECTORS, THE VEHICLE WILL BE POORLY ILLUMINATED, POSSIBLY RESULTING IN A VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT WARNING.

So if you smke lights or go clear will that violate a law ? Or does some idiot come up with this first , then do they change the law ? So if it ever happens and you had changed them before any law is passed can you keep it!

Well since your GT is a 2002 it could be the date of the valve covers or whatever it is on.

Here I will break it down................

02-----Year
19-----Day
04-----Month

Yeah I am used to unusual dates. There is a lot of them in the car world as well as the military world too.

Just like todays date in the Army is 03JUN10

A few strong thunderstorms are expected to roll across the state Thursday night and Friday. Right now it looks as though a complex of thunderstorms will develop over the eastern Dakotas, and then slide through central Minnesota during the early morning hours Friday. Heavy rain, large hail, and strong winds will be possible over parts of the area. A few spots could get 1 to 2 inches of rain by Friday morning, with some localized flooding possible in central Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Temperatures will stay in the upper 70's Friday and into the weekend, but the unsettled weather will last into the weekend as well.
Anyone wanna borrow me a garage?

That's the dumbest law explanation I've seen to date.

I was at my Ford dealer today getting the new front plate bracket put on the Raptor and I was discussing things with the sales manager who seemed to be in a really good mood.

There was a 2010 GT500 in the service bay and I asked him if that was that cheerleader coach's car and he said it was. This was the car that she bought and then only a few days later ran over a median on a street here and ****ed up the car. Ruined all four wheels and tires and the front end and even the underside of the car. Turns out she was drunk and was leaving a bar at 1:00am and drove over the median. Then she called the sales manager of Ford at 2:00am at home on Saturday night wanting help on what to do. He said he was like WTF lady, you know its 2:00am, call a tow truck.

Then I asked if they were getting any 2011 GT500 SVT PP cars in this year. He said they were getting 2 and they were already sold. Of course they are sold to those same two brothers from the richest family in town. They buy a top of the line Mustang every year and then trade them in for the next years model. Must be nice. So I asked about their 2010 GT500's that they would be trading in, and he said both of the cars were all ****ed up. Both of them smoke in their cars. Cigars and cigarettes. They have burns in the seats. Scratches all around the cars. All four wheels have curb rash so bad the wheels need replacing. Cracked windshields. And they just got these cars like last summer.

So there's 2 perfectly good GT500's that are now beat to hell. Depressing that people with that kind of money don't appreciate the cars. It must be nice to buy a car for $55k and then trade it in for less than $40k the following year. Year after year after year.
