I thought i'd be there forever, but the new owners decided it was better to build in China. I may have 27 years experience, but it's only with that company, so that makes the hunt harder. Plus I was working with old technology, so that hurts me too when I do find another electronics company that only uses surface mount.

My first car back in 1979 had the green plates. 101*AWR was the plate on my Bobcat, then to my Chevette. After that I leased a few cars and lost that plate.

Elderly and bad drivers, or bad elderly drivers usually have those low number plates. When I was young, my father would always complain about the slowpokes and horrible drivers and pointed out their plate. It was always one of the 5 digit ones or the 3 digit with a letter.

No I didnt get to see it. I will be getting pics of it when it rolls off the trailer and into the storage unit where it will be tucked away safely.

Sorry had a migrain turned off all the lights sond and hid under the covers till I had to go to work today , but I'd bet I could get that brain there whirring away, you may or may not get upset but proff none the less you have lots up there to offer up helping to set us all straight here !

They had a big thing about it a few years back. You had to either be somebody or know somebody who was somebody to get one. Then someone decided that was not fair so now when someone turns in a low number plate it gets put aside and then entered in the drawing like Dennis said. Usually they have one drawing/year.
