That's sweet Jill. Get well soon Cece!
I will buy Jack Stands!!!
Went fishing again today. Reeled in 4 10-12 inch snake fish in 2 hours. They're only good for shark bait, so no eating. Matt caught a few mackeral. All this happened after feasting at taco bells 2 for a dollar crunchy tacos This was on the island, on the pier again
I just noticed today, the temp gauge in the truck moving more than it used to. Like sometimes it'll get down to what I'd consider about 5/8 normal operating temp after driving for a while. I don't really know what to make of this...
Also, pegged the needle today

But bricks rolling on the highway @ ludicrous speed are fun, even scary
The 91 E250 my dad had took like forever to reach 75. It had the same engine as yours, but on a bigger box w 8 lug 16" steel wheels I hated to drive that thing.

And no, ludicrous speed is Mach Jesus. Codename for 100mph between me and some friends... My buddys got a VW Rabbit 2.5 5cyl 5 speed. That thing hauls up to 100. Then we back off... 'cause where it gets done is in a 50 and then 60 zone

Just ordered more parts for 7 tonight.
Just a few exterior mods that have always been on my list.
I'm giving LED sequentials a try. They really helped on my front turn signals and side markers. However the 3rd brakelight LED experiment was a failure. They claim to be brighter so we shall see. My taillights are good at night, but in bright sun I'm sure they can be hard to see. I wanna see if I can brighten them up a bit.
I'm also doing the whole Shelby GT lower brake duct/PIAA inserts. I'd like to have some driving lights back on the car. I miss the stockers with the Bullitt grille. I think this looks tight on STL-GT's car in the MOTM thread. Only thing I'll do differently is make sure the screw heads are black and don't show up in photos.
I had received a 15% off promo and had been wanting to do it for a while and that was enough to get me off the fence.

Not sure yet what to do about having the clear PIAA lights with the tinted headlights. I'll probably have to have the PIAA's painted with some black and clearcoated like the tailllights. Then I'm gonna need to change the bulbs if that's possible to somehting in the 5k range like the HID headlamps and then all will be good.
I'll wait on the big brake upgrade, whenver that might be to actually run the brake ducts.
So the list is down to
1. New front big brakes
2. New wheels that will fit big brakes
3. Cowl hood
That's it. Then she's done.

We're gearing up for a big week here at The Mustang Source! Here are some quick highlights:
The 2010 NASCAR Nationwide Mustang, which debuted live on TheMustangSource.com two weeks ago, will take to the track on Monday, November 2 for its first practice session. And like the unveiling, you can watch live at tv.TheMustangSource.com at 11:00 AM Central. Ford Racing is already plugging our coverage on Facebook and Twitter.
Project T-67, our latest project car, will debut at SEMA (November 3-6) in the TMI/Vizualogic booth (10503) in the Las Vegas Convention Center's North Hall. Owned by John "390 4spd" Loper and built in conjunction with "SVO Paul's" SVP Unlimited and TheMustangSource.com, the custom 1967 Mustang convertible is a beautiful yet menacing cruiser featuring classic Shelby styling cues blanketed in Indigo Ink Pearl with white Super Snake-style stripes, powered by a supercharged 4.6L DOHC V8 SVT Cobra "Terminator" engine delivering in excess of 400 horsepower and riding on a Griggs Racing Watts Link suspension. The combination of classic Mustang styling and modern technology is further evidenced by the interior, furnished by TMI Classic Automotive Interiors and featuring Auto Meter gauges. The car rolls on custom 18" BOZE Alloys wheels, behind which lies a set of 14" Baer brakes with six-piston calipers, also finished in Indigo Ink Pearl, on all four corners. The Mustang's classic exhaust note is enhanced by a custom-fabricated Magnaflow exhaust system. Click here to follow the car's build from start to finish.
My wife Bridget and I just welcomed the world's newest Mustang fan, Beau Bradley Barnett, on October 15. Mommy and baby are doing great, and Big Sister is overjoyed. But Beau will lose his newest Mustang fan title when forum administrator Scott "scothew" Jackson and his wife Tabitha welcome their little girl Sydney, due November 12.
