Not likely. All the dealers around here have both on them.
My car had both of them on it, but I didn't make a fuss about it since I figured I would be far better off doing it than a kid making minimum wage not caring about doing a good job.

EVERYTIME we buy a new car I tell the salesman to NOT put one of those stickers on MY car, I don't want the plate cover either. We've (the wife and I) bought cars from many different dealers over the years, and I ALWAYS check the car before signing. And only once did I go to pick it up and their sticker was on my car. I told the salesman that I would not sign until it was removed and that I wanted to see the car after it was removed before I would sign. He tells me "sorry, they all come with that sticker and they wouldn't remove it, I'd have to remove it myself " so I left. He called me *****ing that I was re-negging the deal and if I didn't come back and buy the car, they would be pursuing legal action. Going on about how they had to get the car from another dealer, and all the prep to get it ready, blah, blah, blah. I simply said "good luck", hung up the phone, and never heard from them again. Needless to say, I have never been back there and I let everyone I know not to go there.
