What have you done to/with your Boss 302 this week?
I have an old f-body friend who went through a small phase where, in the name of weight saving, he removed all kinds of crap from his car. Seats, carpeting... If something was secured with 5 screws from the factory, he'd remove 3 and hope for the best. He even removed the styrofoam from behind the bumper cover. Insanity.
I'm sending him this pic to see what he thinks about these weight savings.

Add GT500 Quad Exhaust
2013 version of the GT500's.
Love the sound and the looks. My installer didn't have to cut the bumper? Just added the Valence for the quads.
Here's a video of them with AED Lopey

ahhem. Flame suit on. Keep in mind, these are sacrificial, peel-away layers, that (I hope) will prevent the front end from being peppered with road debris next spring on the big road trip. The wheels are, well, just for fun. I got tired of the black wagon wheels, I figured they should at least look like wagon wheels. actually they are vintage gold... because RACECAR. And before you say SUBARU, come up with something I haven't already heard, LOL.

Brandon, it is Plastidip. It is kind of a learning curve, ie, the front wheels look way better than the rear. The I ran out of white so I might have to respray the front to make it less translucent, not that you can tell from pics. I also got some runs in some places that I might be able to fix. After all, it's like I have an UNDO 🔙 button
Looks good, nice added protection too. I am on the fence about doing a matte clear spray over the whole car once I get all the swirls and scratches buffed out, should protect it and give a cool frosted look to the blue.
There is a drawback. Getting into all the crevices to clean out the overspray, like door seams, behind the quarter windows, etc. I don't really recommend the whole car spray. Maybe consider a vinyl wrap for that job or the semi permanent clear bras.
This is true, I think you could always wax the sections that you don't want the spray on, similar to the idea that you put tire shine on the tires so you can spray the wheels without masking them off.
