Where are you having it tuned?

Thanks John. As of now we're planning on it. It was a great time when we made it two years ago and I heard it was even better last year. Sounds like things are being stepped up even more this year.

Please be sure to get a few baseline pulls in before they start tweaking!

Gary, a how-to for the brake duct install would be awesome. What are your thoughts of the system overall?

Hey Steve, I posted a writeup and pics about it here starting at post #22:

http://bossmustangsonline.com/boss-3...angsonline/15/

I'll be happy to answer any questions I can about it. It would be nice to see a Laguna Seca factory install to see if there is any difference in how they routed/mounted it. It seemed we had to do too many "workarounds" for a factory setup, but it wasn't major. The biggest issue was not being able to get the hoses over the flange on the cooling ducts without removing the first two wires. Trust me we worked at it and even used Vaseline and pry hooks etc.

I checked on the washer tank, there's no LS-specific part. Since the ducts are dealer installed for everyone, I suspect there really isn't a difference.

as for the tank, since they're usually blow molded, I am guessing that it would be possible to rework the tank with a hair dryer to make room for more airflow.

Oh I didn't realize the brake ducts were dealer installed, I just thought it was the front splitter. Well, in that case you're right it's probably the same. I don't think the airflow will be a problem around the washer tank, it's just that you have to remove the attachment point for fog lights if you were ever thinking of putting them in, which most owners probably aren't. You don't have to crimp/pinch the hose to get around it so I don't think it will really restrict the flow.

I saw that Gary, just hoping you could post up those pics and how-to over here and start its own thread. I know there are others who would be interested in it.
