If it is in Ohio then it will be passing by my inlaws house. They live where you can see the trains pass maybe a half a mile away and on mothers day weekend I counted a train that had 162 car carriers heading east. We got through Toledo when we go visit and if there is a shortage of rail cars you would not know it as the railyard always has hundreds sitting there.

I called FCS today and they were very helpful, as well. My car has been shipped! They were able to provide me with a rail car #, current location (Ohio), and a new ETA of 6/23. Three times is the charm, first ETA was 6/5, then 6/11. Let's c if they can hit this 1!

Great fun reading this thread. I'm not waiting on one now, but I know the frustrations of waiting. Hang in there people, all this frustration will soon convert to bliss and you'll forget all about the nasty wait.

the wait for me is not frustrationg but aggravating knowing that my car has been built for almost 3 weeks and is lessthan two hours away sitting at the plant. A buddy said he would be so pi**ed off that he would not be able to see straight. Like I told him I have learned long ago regardless of what you do you are not going to change anything or could even make things worse, so just grin and bear it.

Just called FCS. The person I spoke with seemed to be surprised that my Boss was still showing as being on Ramp 5P with an ETA of 06/10 rather than shipped. I wouldn't be concerned except for the fact that other people have had one sit at Ramp 5P for an extended time without explanation. She is going to escalate it to the Zone Manager for further investigation.
She did tell me that the ETA's given we are given is really for the week of the ETA (ETA+7) days so, according to Ford, the ETA hasn't been missed yet!

Awaiting Shipment Origin Received - M58 (Autoport Limited) Ramp 5PJust needs to be loaded and shipped. No hold or problems with allocation.

Mine is already built too, April 20, 2011. The dealer says they were allocated this Boss in the quarter it was built..so we continue to wait and wonder.
