With all of us checking on our cars often Deysha almost needs to make a list and have a set time a couple of times a week where she can post where our cars are or maybe post only if the status has changed. My dealer who is now making calls to his rep said my car is now on ramp 5P and ready to ship. I can only hope it comes this week so I can have it for the 4th.

Mine isn't (Unless someone is lying to me). They don't build Mustangs at the Wayne plant where it went to. They build the Focus. Cannot believe this!

 

Just got a call from the dealer. The transport truck just pulled in with my Boss.
Going to pick it up tonight if all the paperwork is ready in time. I hope this all goes well.

Thanks, I know, I know, I took Friday off hoping for deilvery then, & now I'm stuck at work preparing for a presentation to Ford. A few of their engineers will be here tomorrow to review my proposal so I have to be ready for that meeting. I might even have to come back to work after I get my car. (here I come midnight shift )
At least I can show them that I am a good customer of Ford so maybe they will place an order for the equipment I quoted.

You guys might be in shock but I'm planning to let mine sit at the dealer for 2-3 days while the dealer-installed tint cures, so I can drive home with the windows down

 

My eta is still this Saturday, and there hasn't been any updates in a few weeks.

I know not to hope, but all the same, I"m really excited.

 

I just The dealer who changes the oil in my Super Duty (he did not get an allocation so it is not the dealer my LS is coming from). Anyway he said the he has had a couple of Shelbys that were held up like our cars and those were due to the Recaro seats missing a trim piece and the trim had to be installed prior to shipment. So he said if the cars that are not fast in shipping have Recaros that may be the reason

My ETA is Sunday (Ha!). This will be the 4th ETA that Ford has missed. Shipped mine to the Fusion plant for some reason.

 

My third ETA will get blown out on Thursday and mine has not been shipped yet. Hopfully with Boxx2X's car being shipped ours will be released soon.

 

Dealer just called....It's here!
Problem is, I'm going to be in DC all week till Thursday. My plan is to fly to RDU Friday morning, and drive it back to Pittsburgh that day.


Should be a great drive!

Build date June 06, with first ETA of June 19th. Then ETA was updated to June 30th. Came in early.

R/R with Recarro/Torsen and car cover option.

Brake cooling ducts are already here, and Tranny cooler on the way.

Any word on yours 5 DOT 0?
