Can you remove the airbags from the existing seats and install them in the Recaro seats?

Any other suggestions? I'm 6'1", 190, so I don't need a wide seat.
How do you disable the airbag lights if you install aftermarket seats?

There's also a procedure in the manual to disable the "belt minder" (red flashing light and ding) if you're using harnesses.

The Recaro's are showing up on ebay now and they do have airbags, but compatiblity with the 05-10's is not clear.
