Finally, I got to see one up close.
getportfolio and AWmustang: you probably wont see this but i saw you talking about the line where the bumper connects to the fender on that kona blue originally posted. Looks like they have moved it up to the corner of the light on this white one and others I have been seeing

Wimbledon White was used on Fords and Mercs from at least '64 to the mid-70's. A good majority of the Mustang magazine ads and posters from 64/65/66 always seemed to feature a convertible in Wimbledon White with a red interior. I'm guessing that's why Ford brought it back for the Anniversary LE.
Personally, it's my favorite color on any Mustang. If it was available on an S197, or more specifically a 2014 like mine, I would have jumped through hoops to find it. The Oxford and Performance Whites are nice, a bit too appliance-looking maybe, but WW is just sooo classic, especially on the original Shelbys. It was the only color available on the '65 GT350 and could be had with or without Guardsman Blue stripes.
I had a Dodge Magnum as a company car several years back, and the only color that appealed to me was Vanilla White which was in the same family as WW.

Now look at the picture in white... the contour is there, but not as apparent.
I think the line location is the same.

I saw my first in the wild today in Westminster, CO. About a mile away from my house. It was Competition Orange. I freaked out! It was going the opposite way and I tried to turn around (safely) to follow it, but it got away. I had seen it up close under show lights at the Denver Auto show in April. But, outside, the car looks amazing! It caught my eye immediately! I apparently missed one of our Ford Dealerships Ford Rep stop by last Friday. Oh well. At least I'll always remember seeing my first in the wild.

I like Comp Orange. I sometimes wonder how it'd look on a 2014 GT 'vert.
I was unable to get a picture safely. But, the car I saw was identical to this one!
