It does look better in black and I kinda like it.

Also look at how the rear qtr has a ridge and curves inward as it gets to the very rear. Very, very reminiscent of the early SN95 - not saying that's a bad thing.

For several reasons I suspect that this series of renders is the closest to the actual appearance of the car, at least as far as body lines and contours, that we're going to get.

That's funny, I look at that picture and then your avatar and I don't see much difference.
I think when we see them in person, they will look vastly different though.

The straight body lines make it look boring. At least the 10-14s had a slight break with the vertical hip arch above the rear wheel. From the side it just blends in with every other car.
