The one I ordered is still awaiting shipment and of course when I try working with my dealer to get a different one, he stops answering his phone. I feel like he should be bending over backwards to keep me happy since I already put down $1000 to order it.

It's pretty annoying to have friends and coworkers ask me daily where my car is and have to explain I have no idea what it's doing. One even said "you paid over $30,000 for something and they can't tell you why it hasn't moved or expedite it, yet I can pinpoint where my order of shoes is at all times?"

 

Cotus just updated my estimated delivery day by 6 less days. We shall see if it gets here 13 days after it was shipped today. That will be a pretty fast delivery, IMHO, to NJ.

 

My EDD is 6 days away, but I called my dealer today and he said he expects it this week due to where it is currently. Whether that turns out to be true or not .. every time I call my dealer, he knows the status of my car without having to look it up. Not sure if that's the norm for all dealers, but I really appreciate my dealer following my car so closely.

 

So, I ordered my car in the beginning of April. Order went in 01/10/15. Started building 05/05/15. However, 05/03/15, I found a mustang v6 manual just like my order at a dealership 30 miles away. Went there and worked out a deal for 23,500 after fees and all, out the door! Will be canceling the order soon!

No update from dealer.
Deysha says it still awaits shipment.

She is a lot more help than the dealer.

Ok so my dealer says that my order is now pending update. Is this good news or is he just trying to make me excited about nothing?

 

The ETA has changed from “Pending Update” to “TBD,” mstray66. This happened weeks ago. Nothing has changed yet.

I'm excited for you as well! Should be 5-6 weeks for you start to finish which is perfect timing!

I'm stuck over here without an EDD and friday will mark 11 weeks for me.

 

Looks like I have been pushed out one more day pre-production! If this is the only delay I will be a happy camper!

 

I'm in the same boat. Order 2/3, built 3/30, released 4/7...still awaiting shipment.
