Im talking about the new 2016. Looks like the 70. They said in the articles that they needed to make it look more retro.
On the Doge how many did they sell in the 60's and 70's. Well the percentage of them selling now is about the same. It is a big car. really it is the only muscle car left. Big girl with a big engine.
Cant wait till 2017 there will be one sitting next to my 2014 GT.
Alot of the time it is the amount of money the car cost.
One of the stats I find amazing is that the newer generations are not brand loyal to anything. My company works with allot of cars manufactures. They are having a hard time selling to the new gerners...

As for the new generation being brand loyal, why should they be? I'm 42 and I'm not brand loyal to Ford or any other brand. You think these companies give a crap about you? Nope. Why be loyal to them? As you're driving down the road and you see a Toyota, then a Chevy, then a Dodge, a Ford maybe a Nissan. All of those companies buy parts from the same parts suppliers. Car companies don't make cars, they just assemble them. There is no loyalty to the customer. There is no genuine Ford only this or GM only that. It's just all about how much money they can rip off the American consumer for. Do I like the Mustang? Yes, it's my favorite car, but not because it was made by Ford. It's my favorite because it checks all the right boxes for what I was looking for in a car. If it checked all those boxes and it was made by Kia then I'd be driving a Kia right now.

The irony being that the whole point of muscle cars during the muscle car era was not "big girl with big engine" it was small car with a big engine. I know that by today's standards a 60's era muscle car does not seem like a small car but during the muscle car era those were the small cars. When the Mustang first came out in 1965 it was categorized as a compact car. Keep in mind that a full size car back then was HUGE! As for the new generation being brand loyal, why should they be? [QUOTE="IndustryLeech;6834866"]Not everybody thinks the 2013-2014 is all that awesome. I know it's hard for some people to wrap their brains around, but there are people that think that 2015 is a great-looking car. It doesn't make them stupid or crazy. I really hate the small-mindedness of this nonsense.
You don't like it...fine. Maybe try not to be a 10-year-old and act l
Omg, ha ha ha ha ha.

IndustryLeech, not sure what your problem is. No one called you stupid, small minded or a 10 year old. However, you opened your mouth and revealed otherwise. Now, I just want some good feedback from some genuine Stangers who went through the Stang II years and the last 4 cylinder turbo (disasters!), and have survived. Do you think the 2015 will look all that different in person? I know what it looks like on web. Still don't know if I want to claim my 50th Anniversary car at sticker?
