I got a quick response at the dealership I took mine to. I just bought my 2013 GT Premium (19k miles) a few days ago at a Jaguar dealership. It had the paint chipped on the hood and a bit more corrosion on other small areas, so I figured today I'd take it to the Ford dealership near my house to see what they said about fixing it. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. A guy from service came out, took a few pictures of the defects and said he'd send them off to Ford to see if it was approved for fixing it.
Within 30 minutes of leaving the dealership I received his phone call, the work order was approved. Taking the car in a few minutes to drop it off.

Definitely wasn't expecting a response the same day!
