Question Issue with iPhone 4S and USB SYNC

Has anyone had an issue (after the latest Apple iPhone OS update) with SYNC not able to read audio files using the USB port in the center console? Until recently, it worked flawlessly. Now I either get "No Device Found" or "Files Are Unreadable" error messages. This is on my 2014 Mustang with Kenwood audio.

Update

The good folks at Apple have offered a solution to this problem. By doing a "soft reset", the iPhone is suppose to mend the device not found and file problems. Testing will begin in morning.

Hi TAle of Two 'stangs,

Let me know if the issue persists after the soft reset.

Yes, the "soft reset" was the cure for the device not found or file not found errors. It was an iPhone problem and not related to Sync. Thank you for asking!

Great! I normally recommend performing this reset once a week to make sure everything continues to run as smoothly as possible. You don't even need to be in the vehicle to do it!
