Adding the OEM nav

First off, you will need to change out the climate harness or your A/C will not work properly. See the posts at the beginning of the thread.
Since you did an aftermarket amp, I can't help you there, but hopefully the tech support for the aftermarket amp might help.
lol ... I hear you there!
The only issue I can think of besides the ACM being wonky (which I doubt) is that maybe you did get the wrong harness for your car? But likely you need to look at your speaker wires - probably tapped into the wrong places?

Hopefully not the dash harness, it's not something I want to do on my day off again... Ever

You don't have to take out the dash for this one. You can just crawl under the passenger side, take off the glove box and switch it out. The harness is not expensive. Part number is posted in the beginning of the thread.
This will not give you dual zone, but it will get A/C working right along with that climate module you have coming.

I left the part of the harness that goes in behind the evaporator in there and just cut out the connector and the rest of the harness.
When I pull out the dash in the future to put in dual zone, I'll route it through the back.

Is the dash really a two person affair or can one person handle it. Also does it have to come all the way out for the climate harness or can it be lifted up and worked around? I just get the feeling Ill end up with a dash rattle if it has to come out

It is most definitely a 2 person job. No question. You didn't already pull it out once to put in the new dash harness?
And you absolutely do not need to pull it out, not even partially, to put in the climate harness. Lex was saying that he pulled it out because 1 part of the harness goes around behind the evaporator unit and plugs into it on the driver's side. You cannot pull out the old harness cleanly because it is clipped in there behind the evaporator. You can just cut the old harness at the point where it goes in behind and leave that part back there. The rest of the harness is accessible from under passenger side - no issues there. When it comes time to plug in the connector that goes to the driver's side, you won't be able to route it behind the evaporator, like the old harness. So just route those wires in front instead.

I'm looking at the pinouts for the connectors for the nav vs non nav cars on the hvac module. There are many differences with a few pins switched places between the two.
All should be good on that front when you fix that.
Also, without the new switch on the right side of the wheel, the phone button will not work. Part number is posted in the first page of this thread for you.
Good luck with the speakers. Not sure what is going on there.

That extra plug is supposed to go into the second blend door of the dual zone climate control unit. Which you don't have. It doesn't go anywhere.
However, in the future, you might want to get the dual zone unit. I'll be getting it in the near future.

Thanks bro, I kind of figured that but wasn't to sure. Wrapped everything up and it works great. No more driving around with the defroster on....not fun! I'm still waiting on the acm. Hopefully this week the shop will be done with it

So I got the acm back from the shop...it checks out good. However I'm still only managing to get sound from one or two speakers the most. I've changed the pins in my rig to match the factory harness, no joy, changed the factory stuff to match the schematics, no luck there either. Not sure what's going on here. I did notice that the new harness has speaker output pins in different locations than the previous harness. Where else in the car will I have to change pins in order to get all 4 speakers working?
