By the time you pay for the used cluster and then have the Odometer reset .. its just as cheap to buy a new one ...

I paid $175 for mine, plus $25 shipping + $100 PATS. I have not yet had the odometer set, but that will be another ~$100.

I don't think Ford will sell you a cluster if your car isn't a 2013/14? I came across a similar issue witht he nav. Ford wouldn't sell me one unless my car already had it.

Oil Life update. When I first checked it last week it was at 89%.. Stayed there for a few days. Keep in mind that I had never checked it before .. and I had never reset it after I installed the cluster so not sure if it started at 100% or if was stuck at the % from the original car. I also have only put 480 miles on my car since the cluster swap since I don't drive it everyday.

After I didn't see it change (I figured it should drop 1% around aver 70 miles or so) I manually set it to 50% .. which is about where I am at needing my oil changed. When I checked on the way to work today it is at 48% ... so it seems to be working. Not sure if it will keep dropping to hang at some point.

I paid quite a bit more than that ...

I just checked, and it did drop for me also.

I guess I got lucky. When I saw mine on ebay, I didn't hesitate to buy it. I have not seen another on ebay or car-parts since then. Strange, as there certainly are wrecked 2013s out there.

Sent my cluster in to have the odometer set.

Zeroaviation, check your PMs. Something of interest for you.

Great! Keep us posted.

If you do manage to create a module to enable all the functions and get the cruise to work, I am your first customer!

Congrats on finally getting the cluster. Hopefully you get everything sorted out and a solution for us to get the cluster fully functional. I certainly hope you find the accelometer is actually in the cluster and NOT in the PCM ...

Bob at United Radio has my cluster now. He figures that the dealer should be able to change the programming on the PCM to make the 2013 switches work.

My guy told me that what he could do is upload the PCM data off a 2013/14 off the lot and then download it to my PCM.

That would be cheaper than buying a 2013 PCM. Wonder if that would enable track apps too?

Before I go that route, I'll see what zeroaviation can do.

I don't want to mess with the engine management if the 13/14 do indeed run with different parameters than the 12.

New cluster installed. Had the PATS retrained, then all of the extra gauges disappeared. I didn't notice it at the dealer or I would have said something.

I'm fairly certain the tech loaded old as built in the cluster. :/

So I will be making the trip back sometime this week.

That's irritating.

What did you do for the 'ok' button?
