yes they are the OEM elements. The car would go to a shop to have the seat heaters installed and then come back to the dealer for the wiring harness / switch install. He said the outside shop installs all the dealer after-market seat covers and could uninstall / re-install the leather Recaros covers much faster than ford dealer
Maybe I'll just do the passenger side and call it a day hahaha
