I've been painting my parts, it's turning out ok. Considering it isn't a show car it will be fine. I predict color sanding and buffing in my future, it's hard to keep the thrash out when you don't have a paint booth!

Im pretty new to the forum i was wondering where i could pic up a hood and bumper for cheap? I just bought my first mustang and this thread has been super inspiring, also your build coming along really well.

There is actually a section of the forum dedicated to questions like that, it's more appropriate to have those discussion there.
Here is a link to the marketplace.

I'm in Colorado and its been f-ing cold, it's hard to get morivated when it's in the 30s in my garage. Wife bought me a garage heater and I got it installed today, working great!

The heater DOES look awesome.
What brand and model is it?
I'm looking for one myself

so my wife telling me to just let the car run for heat is a bad idea?
Just kidding. Even with gas heater you must allow enough oxygen to enter your work space. Just keep in mind that those heaters have no exhaust vent and give off Carbon Monoxide Poisoning.
Stay warm stay alive.

Yes I did consider all that, there's actually a formula in the instructions on whether or not you need venting in the space. My garage was double the air space needed without venting but I'm still adding a vent just in case. It also has an oxygen sensor to turn it off if the CO gets too highly.

Thanks for the info.
Was hoping it was an electric unit.
Don't have natural gas, and while I do have propane, I don't want to have a line run just for a heater.
I currently have an electric unit that the previous owner left behind, but the thing elevated the electric bill last year to astronomic levels and don't really want to use it again.
Would love to get another electric one, but not sure how efficient the newer ones are, if it's even worth it ...
This is my current unit, ceiling-mounted:

A. You got yourself a good wife. Most wives wouldn't do that because they don't want to you in the garage. They want you in the house where they can nag you to death. She's a keeper.

Not much happening on the car for a week or 2. Between work, the holidays, and lexxions schedule it's hard to find the time to get anything done. It's all good, it just means it will get started later this month. The electrical is pretty serious work that I need help with to finish. I do have everything I need to finish the turbo piping including the aluminum welder. I'll probably try to work on that Sunday.
I did buy a 5 star SCT tuner for my car, I threw the tune on my truck until I need it for the car. Holy sh**! What a huge difference, spins my mud grip tires through 1st and chirps in second everytime. If you have an ecoboost truck the tune is worth every penny. It added quite a bit more fun to the truck.
