I sent an email to roush Yates yesterday asking if they would sell the parts to add an additional high pressure fuel pump and they said no. They said those are parts that the engine shop developed and they don't sell those to the public.
I replied and asked would they build me the same 1000 hp ecoboost as they built for the race car....I'm still waiting on a reply. Worth a shot!

Why did you stop using the stock tank. All you really needed was a better fuel hat (they make one that holds three pumps), and possibly larger fuel line. Put three big walbros on it, and you will be hard pressed to over-work them.

Because a fuel hat was $500, 2 pumps at $150 each, and the return fuel lines aren't cheap. I got the gt500 fuel tank and pumps for a really great price. It was bundled with other parts and I probably paid $200 for it in the deal. The other reason is that I wanted to use a returnless system controlled by the ECU just like the factory unit. With a return system the fuel gets heated up with the pumps running more than they need to.

I got a plate that goes in between the throttle body and the intake plenum. Supposed to make 59 HP right out of the box! Just joking, I bought this to have a place to screw in the tubing for the boost gauge. Attaches where the screwdriver is pointed.

I'm building all the turbo pipe myself, decided I can do it. I ordered a few pieces that will attach with couplers but the rest of the piping I will weld together. I bought this tight radius 90 and it fits very well.

I want to hear more about the 59hp. I also understand it will increase you fuel mileage to 42mpg and it will not void your expired warranty.
I'll take 2 please!

I've been out of town since Wednesday for work, I hate it when work gets in the way of my fun . I got some things done this afternoon at least. Since the last time I posted there's been 1500 views on this thread! Holy cow I had no idea so many people were following along, I guess I better not disappoint and get this thing running soon!

I pulled out all my rear seat belts to save on weight, since I won't have a rear seat that seems logical. Since I had to pull off the package tray cover I went ahead and replaced the speakers with a pair of kickers.

Still working on the water piping, I soldered more of it today. The (2) 3/4" hose barbs are each going to an intercooler. The 1.25" single fitting will be connected to the heat exchanger. I'll take another pic when it's all done, it will make more sense then.

While I was out of town I spent time researching adding nitrous to the ecoboost. It's actually a very good way to add more power easily, I'm going for it! With a wet nitrous kit I'll be adding more fuel with the nitrous and that temporarily fixes my fuel issue. I have plenty of fuel coming from the low pressure gt500 dual fuel pumps so tapping that line for the nitrous kit should be no problem. This gives me an additional 150 hp for $700 and I can do it right away. I've read the engine doesn't require a tune to run nitrous, it will adjust fuel as needed.
I'm still planning to pull the motor for a rebuild to get the crazy HP but this will be great in the meantime. Hers a link to the nitrous kit.

The fastest pass with this truck was a 12.177. Just for reference my fastest pass in my Shelby is 12.1 on street tires at 5000' elevation. That truck weighs 1500lbs more than my project car.

Water lines are turning up just past the gas tank, this is where I'm switching from copper to flex 1" hose.

Added a drain for the intercooler tank that dumps out on the ground. When I add ice I can drain out some water.
