Should I drill a drain hole in my new ones? There's no difference in the design so I can only imagine I'll be in the same position 6 months from now.
As soon as the fedex guy gets here with my xpipe this morning I'll be putting everything on.

I drilled a 1/8 but 1/16 will work. Bottom toward the inlet on my FRPP sports. Had them on for about 2k miles and plenty water drained out.

Sounds like a good idea. The hole won't change the sound. Water thats in there is acid based. Also some people have complained of drone with having water build up.

This has become quite the thread huh? Lol
Update...
Roush is working very well with me on the warranty claim. They stated te same as above: rust is not covered because the welds have impurities (they must mig weld and not use stainless) but if it breaks thru its covered. They actually have been in contact with me and their warranty person called me twice but I was busy at work. So A+ on their customer service.
BUT, I dont know if taking them off, sending them back and installing a new set is worth the aggravation and work. I may just have it welded up. I will see, maybe come spring time.
PICS of the FRPP sports!!! I wanna see those tips!! The Roush's appear smaller cause they have rolled tips, the FRPP sruff is straight making appear larger which I love, I think my roushes look too small.

Wrong my FRRP have 4" rolled tips with the Ford logo and are 49 state legal. You can get one that is 50 state legal but I don't care about California laws. Way too much bs.

Well.... I never got my mufflers or x-pipe on today. I noticed coolant on the floor of my garage today and put it up on jack stands to find it leaking out of a seal near the water pump. FML. If it ain't one thing it's another. So she's at the dealership now. I might just drop the mufflers and x-pipe off there tomorrow and have them put them on.
