Appreciate the help. I'm well aware of the Skunkworks. I was just wondering if anyone had a source for a good decal of that logo. I've googled, ebay'd and looked as many places as I can think of, but can only find die cut vinyl in a single color. I would need a two color (white & black) since my rear window is tinted rather dark. Since I have a black mustang, this logo would be perfect for it, ala the SR-71 mustang sold at Oshkosh a couple years back.

Probably a stupid question, as I know jack about FI, but can you run FI with this setup? Wasnt sure if you needed larger diam pipes or something. Somebody asked about installing it in a GT500 but didnt see an answer. Im just thinking down the road if I possibly supercharged a GT.
I might. PM me.

Still waiting for my kit to show, but hopefully it will be sometime this week.

It arrived! I spent the better part of this evening installing it. Wasn't terribly difficult but I did come across some items that may help others. I did the install on a set of ramps. It was tight, but I don't have easy access to a lift.
1) Like others have said, the front H-pipe bolts are a pain. For the first one, I tried fitting a 1/2" socket with a 1/2" 13mm head above the bolt but no luck, not enough clearance to the floorpan. So, I got another socket set out and found that my craftsman 1/4" socket and a no-brand 1/4" 13mm head allowed enough clearance to finally get them loose. Repeated on the other side.
2) Loosened the aft connectors as loose as they would go. The pipe did not want to slide back easily (5800 miles on it, 1 yr old) so I resorted to a rubber mallet and knocked it back slowly. Finally, the front connections of the H-Pipe were able to be removed from the cats. Once the front was disconnected, the rear of the h-pipe slid right off of the resonators.
3) Alining the boss H-pipe with the other components on the car was a challenge in order to keep everything alined and ground clearance as before. I used a jack stand and my rubber mallet and that seemed to be the right height to keep everything lined up. For what ever reason, the front attachment bolts on the Boss H-pipe were welded slightly differently than the stock one, not allowing my 1/4" rachet trick to work. Not enough clearance on the floorpan. So, I was stuck trying to figure out how to tighten the bolts.
4) I tightened the bolt on the drivers side with a wrench, which was not the most pleasant experience and made somewhat of a mess of the end of the bolt. Also, it appears that while it did tighten down, somehow the alinement was very slightly off, or it didn't tighten all the way, resulting in a very, very faint puff of exhaust, at idle. I don't think it's loose as I tried to move it, I just think the clamp isn't seated properly. I didn't want to repeat that experience so I started looking at the bolt and realized that downward end of the bolt is shaped like a torx driver. I found that a 5.5mm socket fit perfectly on the exposed end of the bolt and allowed me to tighten the passenger side down properly. No leak there....
5) With the front tight, I then tightened the back bolts, removed the plastic shields and installed the side pipes without the restrictor plates. Rechecked my connections, and started the car.
Wow, what a sound!
I'm probably going to take the car to a lift at my local Air Force base and try to reset that front drivers side connection. If I can't then I'll take it to the ford dealer and see if they can do anything with it. The leak itself isn't perceptible unless you're feeling around it with your hand. Any other ideas? How did others tighten those bolts?
This was fun as it was the first mod I've done with the car. Appreciate all of the advice from everyone else. Hopefully someone will find the story above helpful as well.

Awesome sounding isn't it? For those on the fence- watch this vid of me and my Boss last week at the Shelby American 50th Anniversary Bash.

If a mod sees this, could maybe edit the thread title to remove the "until 12/23".

Nice to see you guys so happy with this system. I love it on my '09 GT500 and am looking into making it available for others. At this point, it appears as though the easiest system to allow the FRPP kit to work is from that of the '11-'12 GT500. The '07-'10 takes quite a bit more work.
I'll report back if this happens.

I just thought I would report back now that I have had these on for a couple of months.
HOLY CRAP, I LOVE THIS EXHAUST.
It fixes the qualities of the Coyote exhaust note (weird firing order induced maybe??) that I didn't like...now it's raw, balanced, nasty and perfect. Never offensively loud but pronounced and unmistakable...classic natural, muscle machine racket.
It quiets right down to near-stock when you're foot is out of it.
My only complaint is the price. It seems like they could have turned a profit on this assembly with a smaller price tag...at least it makes the system slighly more exclusive.
