It was not big deal because I got it the next day and I didn't expect it to get there so fast due to the busy holiday season.
It must have been a call center, I asked if they would hold it and I would pick it up the next day and she said it wasn't at that location, any other time they would just hold it for the next day and I would pick it up, I was just calling to make sure something didn't happen to the package if it was left a my house, It was still super fast service, I ordered the part on 12/19 and had it 12/21 during the Christmas week, I saw you guys working late every day that week, I don't know how you do it!!
This is still $699 and still free shipping.

If a mod sees this, could maybe edit the thread title to remove the "until 12/23".

anyone installed on a convertible?
This is from the website:
Can be used on the 2011-2013 Mustang GT Convertible with a spacer and longer bolt to attach the side pipe under the convertible brace
What kind of spacer and how long of a bolt?

The pic of the blue car was my 06 vert that has the brace in the rear (ignore the can, I was showing that it was too low for my taste with the brace down there)
I don't know of the 2011 up have the same type of brace in the rear, I was just going by what my 06 had.

(Installation note, the front clamp bolts are a pain)
My car is totally stock (drivetrain). I chose this part because, (a) I wanted a Ford Racing part so I knew it would fit right, (b) I wanted some flexibility with the ability of not requiring a tune, and (c) it seemed like a pretty cool layout.
I removed the plates when I installed it and the car is pretty evil sounding. It sounds really good when you get over 3,000 rpm.
My youngest boy now says the car sounds like Lightning McQueen (he is 4).
As for daily driving, the sound might be too much for some. I only drive this car to work once a week or so, but I still think I am going to try one of the 7/8" plates and see what that sounds like.

I have been running without the restrictor plates and it sounds great but I'm afraid that is is too loud, today I took the stock plates and used a 22MM hole saw and drilled them out and installed them. It's a little quieter but still sounds great, I will run them for a while and see if I like them, if not it's easy to remove the again.
I'm jumping into this game late...but is there any thing different other than sound? I've been wanting this for a while just trying to see if its better with this or an off road H-pipe.
