No, they don't have anything better to do.
I wouldn't worry about that. They're very tame when you're not mashing the long pedal.

Plus...I don't think they're that loud from outside the car, by design.

We need someone to collect a video from outside the car. Ford claims that by angling the exhaust downwards, it made it much quieter for everyone but the driver....so i have no clue how loud this setup is from curbside.

I'm working on getting a video from outside the car. I would love to know how it sounds at speed and I'm not talking about just a simple drive by. Maybe I can get this done by the end of the week.

If the rain holds off this weekend, I'll see if I can get one of my car with the quad exhaust (which also has the GT500 mufflers) for comparison.

Somehow I suspect that 4valve-GT will get his up first!

Awesome I want to hear it with the GT500s for sure as that's what I have. Don't want to lose the burble on down shifts as I love the GT500s

Just put these on with the GT500 mufflers and the sound is absolutely amazing. Perfect sound IMO. At idle, it's a deep mello rumble. Put your foot into it, and wow!

If anyone's on the fence about these, do it, NOW!

Anyone have a video/ sound clip of the exhaust on an otherwise stock 5.0?

It's close, but the mufflers on the Boss are different than the GT or GT500.

HOLY CRAP, I LOVE THIS EXHAUST.

It fixes the qualities of the Coyote exhaust note (weird firing order induced maybe??) that I didn't like...now it's raw, balanced, nasty and perfect. Never offensively loud but pronounced and unmistakable...classic natural, muscle machine racket.

It quiets right down to near-stock when you're foot is out of it.

My only complaint is the price. It seems like they could have turned a profit on this assembly with a smaller price tag...at least it makes the system slighly more exclusive.
Funny, you hate on kon5t for saying he'd like to pay $400 just to complain about the price yourself a few posts later.

I think $400 would be a good price. I'd consider it if I could also keep my O/R-H pipe.

Well, I decided today that it's time to pull the trigger. I'll be installing this weekend before a local cruise. Anyone else have this with Borla S-Types?

Approaching my 2nd year anniversary with my 5-0. I've been wanting to add this kit for a while now, and I figure this is a nice way to celebrate. I'll most likely order a set this week to compliment my GT500s.

I can't imagine what it sounds like with the more aggressive setups; I've watched the videos you guys have shared, and they're awesome. Just sort of envy experiencing those sounds first hand. But at the same time, it's exciting to know everyone who's added the kit has loved it with whatever axle backs they have in place.
