Just installed MonzterAuto's harnesses that make the tails light up sequentially when braking, locking and unlocking the car, as well as the turn-signal function

The install process:

The single fastener that needs to be removed, then move that plastic panel away from the body to have access to the wiring:

The factory tail light harness un-clipped from the body harness:

JMHO, but it looks like the emergency flashers flashing when you brake (as it appears to me). It could be confusing, and someone may not see them as brake lights but as emergency flashers, and they may not realize the difference until too late.

If they're emergency flashers, they should be braking anyways. They only go through the sequence once and then stay illuminated. Similar to the BMW and other high end German cars that have "staged" brake lights depending on how hard you press the pedal - slam on it in a panic stop and it flashes all the lights a couple times then illuminates ALL the taillight bulbs; press down lightly and only the normal brake lights illuminate with no flash.

Yeah, when I step on the brake pedal the side lights sequence outward then they stay lit, and then my third brake light pulses then stays solid too.

I'll have a new video soon

Meanwhile, I just got a couple new flip keys for the car

Thank you, the link says it's only for 13's. But I imagine the keys are the same so I don't see why it wouldn't work... Fingers crossed!

No issues yet. Using only one of them so far since I'm the only driver, but yeah, no issues

Currently waiting to be installed: McLeod stainless steel braided clutch line, Amsoil 600-series DOT4 brake fluid, a new left rear axle seal and bearing, and some fresh Amsoil 75W140 rear axle fluid along with some Ford Racing friction modifier.

Haven't driven the car in about a week, since I found out about the leaking seal, since I'm pretty sure it's been leaking for some time and don't want to do further/possible damage to the gears.

Appt for the seal repair currently made for this Friday

Wouldn't the seal be covered by warranty?

It would be, if I didn't have non-stock rear-end fluid in there, a slew of aftermarket suspension parts installed, an aftermarket 1-piece driveshaft, and so on.

I wanted to change the fluid soon anyway, this will just add about an hour to the job, and not a lot more $$

Today I installed the new Ford Racing twin-65mm throttle body, running it for now off the twin-60 JDM tune, which they say is OK to do.
However, I can't push it much until I get a new tune for the new VMP fuel pump voltage booster

First start-up:

Was a little surprised to see this oil in the elbow ... guess I really need to think about a dual-catch-can set-up.

Wow, I haven't updated this thread in a while ...

The twin-65mm TB didn't stay, I ended up removing it and sold it to my GF for her to put/use on her GT500.

New AMR wheels test-fitted about 1-2 weeks ago:

Roush lower grille delete kit finally installed yesterday, along with HomeDepot-bought black mesh behind it to keep rocks/other debris from hitting the heat exchanger:

New 14" rear '13-'14 GT500 rotors are here, waiting to be installed along with new Hawk HPS brake pads and the new caliper brackets that relocate the calipers so the larger rotors will fit:
