New tires are here! Only 10 degrees out and they're hard as rocks. lol Gotta find a time to bring them in with my wheels to get mounted.

Black or chrome 5.0 emblems? Match whichever ones you have. I'm really liking the new Coyote badges that are in the works at http://spacecityspy.tictail.com/ though!

I've got chrome badges now but I've considered going black. Not sure it's worth the hassle. Part of me likes the chrome touches here and there and part of me likes the blacked out look.

Those look sweet, but I prefer badges to be more symmetrical. I feel like the lines would look slightly off on the S197.

if you get black lugs i wonder how well they'll stand up to the impact wrenches over time. are they anodized or?

Black if you go with black badges, chrome if you keep the chrome badges. Darren does bring up a valid question regarding the black ones though.

I ordered black ones last night. If I decide I don't like them I'll just order some chrome. I test fitted the stock ones and they fit but it's really close and I don't want to scratch the wheels. If the lug nuts do get scuffed up it's not a huge deal to order new ones. Cheaper than new wheels. Plus I don't use an impact for lugs.

I don't either. I hate when people put them on with an impact, I'll come home and break them loose and re tighten them by hand. Always afraid I'll have a flat on the road somewhere and not be able to get them off with the puny factory lug wrench.

One reason I like Discount Tire is that they use a torque wrench when tightening lug nits.
