stripes?? nooooo...that car is perfect without stripes! Just my opinion.

 

Matte black supersnake stripes. It should look sweet.

 

ohhh ok...I thought you meant white shelby stripes like everyone else seems to have. Matte black should look nice. One of my friends with a 2013 black GT has flat black stripes and they look pretty good.

Took a few pics at the Cathedral of St. Paul this afternoon. Only had my p&s with me, so not the best.

 

Made an appointment to get the windows tinted next thursday. Can't decide on what to get though. Legal limit is 50% which I had on my '02 and it was barely noticeable. I'd like to go 35% but I don't want to get pulled over for it (haven't been once in my 9.5 years of driving! *Knock on wood*). I know it's not that dark, but I've heard the state troopers are super picky. I was also thinking of possibly doing 35% on the sides and 50% on the rear. I'm not sure how it would look, but I have the front windows rolled down most the time anyways and I feel like I'd most likely get pulled over after being tailed (which has happened). Just brainstorming here. Any thoughts are welcome!

 

Wanted to see how far away I could hear them. I ran out of driveway. lol Still need to get a new HU, door woofers, and remount my tweeters so I can get it sounding how I want.

 

Try to find a shop that has the photochromic tint. Mine are 45% but gets 8-10% darker in direct sunlight. It's a nice "in between" shade. I didn't want to go dark this time.

 

Finding a place to tint around here is hard enough. I doubt anyone actually has it. :/

 

If you're thinking about doing the stripes yourself then you should do the tint yourself too. Same principle, and can probably find precut tint on eBay. They had it for our truck. Just FYI.

 

Should have got silver...after my black 12 I swore I would never own another black car....now both my GT and my daily driver are silver.....

 

I think I'd get claustrophobic fast! lol

 

Hit 5000 miles yesterday. Took forever for my camera to focus. Can't wait to get a new phone this summer.

Mustang goes in for tint tomorrow afternoon. I'm leaning towards going with 35%. We'll see what actually happens when the time comes.

Yeah I'd go with 35%....anything lighter and you might as well just not tint it at all. I don't think you'd get pulled over with 35%. It's honestly not that dark. Good luck with your decision!
