The service manager said to call him directly when I was ready to schedule my service and he'd take care of it. Hopefully all goes well.
Update: after 2 years, I finally got my dealer to perform this TSB and replace the fuel pump today! Haven't had a chance to do a long cruise to check it out yet. Will report back if there's anything to report.

no - tsbs are corrected at the factory once they are known and all subsequent production should not have the issue.

You'll know it if you have it. It's unmistakable. After a long cruise (riding 5th gear at 60-70 mph for 45 minutes) then you either drop down to 3rd to pass, or come up on a toll or stop light and try to take off. The engine stalls momentarily.. almost like 'ol vapor lock. Very jarring.
