Ohhhh yeah there was a one off 4.6L DOHC built 95 R that was built by SVT to test the new 96 DOHC Cobra powertrain.

 

From the article I read in MM&FF, that car was a tester for both the '95R and '96 Cobra, but was ACTUALLY "just" a '95 Cobra.

Either way, I wouldn't count prototypes and experimental/testers as legitimate production cars, anyway. If thats the case, then ~2001 Mustangs were available with V10s.
