seems just about every weekend if you travel the roads of north alabama enuff you will find one of my POS vehicles sitting on the side of the road.. last weekend it was the mustang .. last nite i got low on beer and had to make a panic run to the store.. raining cats and dogs as it has been here for the last 40 days and 40 nites..the dodge truck that has been so faithfull barely got me there and back .. i`d loved to have had to walk 5 miles in blinding rain .. this morning i did`nt want to trust the dodge to take me to the gym so i fire up the V6 pinto sitting in my back yard .. it immediately sinks about 6 inches into the muddy ground .. i think well i`ll let it sit and run and get warm while i take the dodge down the street and see if i`ts ok .. i`ts not ok !!! .. a mile down the road it quits completely .. now iv`e got to hike a mile back home knowing the pinto is sitting idleing stuck in the mud probably gunna run hot .. i run-walk as much as i can and finally get home .. i take the V8 pinto and tie it to the V6 pinto with the longest rope i can find and since `im by myself i have to put both in gear and run from one to the other trying to get the V6 unstuck .. when it does break free the V8 is pulling me along in the mud with the V6 in gear. .. i race to catch the V8 just before it meets a tree .. put it in park then race back to catch the V6 just before it slams the V8 .. man it mite have been funny had it been on video .. went to the gym and did my workout .. on the way back stopped and the dodge fired rite up .. brought it home now iv`e got to hike a mile back and abscond with the V6 pinto ... i promise .. saturday i`m buying some kind of new or newer vehicle .. dang a bunch of junk .. everything i have is for sale soon except the mustang and possible the dodge if it aint too much trouble to fix ... i normally dont hit the sudweisers so early in the day but today i cant help it .. just wish it was`nt so warm that i`ll be tempted to get tha stang out .. i mostly only have enuff courage to drive it if i`m buzzed ..

Dad's are a 95 4runner and a 64 GMC fleetside. Mom's car is a Oddessy. Then you have my mustang.

Quoted from " iv`e had this car as my screensaver since the show and have just now wondered !! where`s the radio antenna ? "
Posssibly an in the windshield antenna. Actually don't recall when that version antenna came out though.

Looking at moving to the H-Ville area
Greetings everyone,
Didn't know exactly where to post this but here it is. Possibly moving down from Fort Knox Kentucky. Am an avid car cruise and hangout person for many years. Bought my first and only mustang from the factory back in 2005. i've been a member of mustang clubs wherever I went. First Club and still close to my heart is the Southern Arizona Mustang Club, Tucson Arizona. Thanks to them I've never went to a town or location without checking for the local clubs first. Once the Company contract changed hands I volunteered to open a new site location up in kentucky. Since the site would not open for three months, was diverted to Fort Campbell. This is where I met up with another family oriented mustang club. The Wildhorses. This club has won the hearts of the town of Clarksville. Was not a weekend or many functions that passed that the club was not invited. I still roll with them since being 3 hours away at Fort knox. The weather does not cooperate that well in the winter so really get stagnent looking for functions to attend. A friend of mine contacted me from the Huntsville area on ground breaking job opportunities. So since the onlything holding me here at knox is my house I thought that this was perfect timming.
Am not one to post alot in forums so catch me on facebook. I have pictures from the last NMRA event Bowling Green in my photobucket. Linked off my page. Also tons of pics from my mustang adventures.
Will finish by saying it looks like tons of fun happens in H-ville and look forward to possibly being apart of the adventures. Wish me luck this next few weeks.

Hi Terry, hope everything works out for you. I think you'll like the area. My father was in the Army when we moved here in 1963. Pretty much centrally located in the South and not hard or long travels to get anywhere. Our club will be celebrating our 30th Anniversary next year. We held a National show a few years back and just recently held a Fall Cruise-in with our local Ford dealership who is also our major sponsor for our Spring Show. If you'd like to see pics from some of our previous shows look me up on webshots.com under redbaron01gt. Oh yeah, start a new thread titled "Possible new member", or however you'd like to title it and copy/paste what you just wrote so more people will be able to welcome you.
