VIN #'s ( retail orders only)

To some of you who have been waiting a long time. Assuming the Dealer placed it as a Retail Order then the wait is likely because of the specific options you ordered. Certain options are constrained by supply and if you have several of those it can be a long wait.
I believe my GT was scheduled in only 21 days because... Grabber Blue, Cloth Interior, Spoiler (Delete was accidently dropped during Order Modification), Lack of 3.73 Gear Option, Standard 18" Wheels and Tires, No other options. I believe if any one of those had been changed it would have taken longer. Change all of them... and well, you get the picture.

Things seem to be moving pretty quick for my 2011 GT I called my dealer for the first time since ordering yesterday and they had my Vin for me.I think It may have been available earlier but I did'nt ask.My order was retail with a priority #10.
I wanted to make a couple of changes before the build date but my dealer said it could not be done after the order was submitted.Can someone who made changes to their order let me know if this is true or not?

i ordered mine on 2/22 and called and called and pestered the dealership about a due date and a vin, to no avail tho...but i called the 800 number and spoke to customer service and they got with my dealership and they had my vin by the end of the day for me...hmmm....what a coincidence! and that was 4/30....they said the best case scenario would be 5-21, but im not holdin my breath...
