Well, my window sticker is up, and got a message from Deysha that my stang is in production right now! Trying to figure out what the numbers on the top left of the window sticker mean. Says 110401, so hoping that means April 1! My dealer said that there have been some rail delays, has anyone heard about this?

Delivery. Some longer some shorter, but most in the 8-12 week range. I ordered 1/24 and my delivery is 4/22, so almost 12 weeks.
You might be quicker if your dealer has allocation. Most of us had to endure the dreaded "OK TO BUY" phase, snow storms, engine shortages, etc. You will skip the snow storm phase and OK TO BUY phase, so all you have to deal with is allocation and part shortages.

Yup, 4/1 is your build day so your car is probably complete. Yes I heard there is rail and truck delays. I read somewhere that Ford has started using a different truck carrier because of the delays.

No, work with a few automotive suppliers, a friend is the GM at a Ford dealer, friends in low places, and too much time on my hands which allows me to look for minute details of information.

It is funny, you know more about what's going on than my dealer! Unlike some though he will actually tell me that he doesn't know anything. Here's to making dealers read these forums to get some real information!

Got my window sticker today. Deysha let me know that my car had gone into production yesterday. I did not have the sticker yesterday, but it showed up today. EDD has not changed since I got it 2 weeks ago - still 4/21.
