I ordered my Kona blue GT almost 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard much back, my dealer kinda just says "we will call you when we hear something". I sent Deysha a PM, I am hoping to get a VIN number soon. Seeing everyone get their cars on here is making waiting even harder!!!!

I had read and was told by my dealer at the time of ordering that right now people are getting VINs about 3 weeks after ordering. I'd even heard people are getting cars ~6 weeks after ordering, although my dealer told me 6-8 weeks plus one since ford shuts down for a week for the 4th of July. I didn't say it was a long time, although everything seems long waiting for my car lol.
I guess when you order a car in November 3 weeks is a drop in the bucket lmao

Thanks guys. I got a base GT, the only option I got is 3.73's.
I also found a GT500 axleback on the clearance rack at summit for 175 bucks! I wish I could order my CAI/SCT combo but I need the computer code first.

Good news for you - and hopefully also for me. I have the same build date (and almost similar order date) for my black GT Premium and hope to receive that call soon too.

I made an appointment to do the paperwork and pick it up this Sataurday. They should have the front and rear faicias with fog lights installed by then. CANT WAIT ITS KILLING ME !!!!

Well I called Ford today and got my VIN, I would be much more excited if my build date wasnt 7/18, so much for 6 weeks lol. Not to mention my dealer is obviously not on top of things, since the VIN was available last Friday.
At least I have a day to be waiting for, hopefully I can get a window sticker to stare at in the next week.

Rail car has been unloaded in my town (Houston) as of Saturday. I'm assuming the next step is a truck to carry it the rest of the way. Is there any way to find out more info on the truck and where it is?
