remote control windows

Just out of curiosity, i heard 05 mustangs can drop the windows from their remote, do the recent mustang like the 13's do that?

it's one of those hidden features not documented.

I have never heard of that. I am pretty sure the 2005's did not have that ability.

Yes....'05s could do that but they started opening on their own so Ford dropped the idea....

It's called global windows. It was an early '05 feature, but got removed along the way. You had to unlock then hold the unlock button on the key fob and the windows would go down.

My previous car had it, and when I first thought it was a useless feature, in the summer it was invaluable. You drop the windows on the way out to your car to eliminate the searing heat when you got in. I'd personally like to have them again.

there's always aftermarket.

Just get an alarm with all the features you need. Car stater included.
Get one with a 2 LCD keyfob pager.
Best aftermarket addon to get!

It's not worth the expense to install all that for the window function. I've priced out options and they're not cheap.

My 05 accord and moms 12 accord both do it and personally i love that feature. Im planning on getting an auto-start function installed next year and probably do the remote windows as well. I think it would be pretty cool

I use this feature almost every time I drive my 05. One of the few things that have never given me an issue.

Only, the systems roll up feature won't work if the factory alarm is functioning by design.
