Well,

I finally ordered my new Mustang today to replace my 06 GT which was written off when some jerk ran a red light and t-boned me 18 months ago.

The price was unbelievable!! Listed at over 43k and got it for just over 32k. Part of the discount came from a coupon from Ford Canada ( I wrote the entire board of Ford last year to complain about the problems I had with my 06 and they actually listened. The CEO of Ford Canada's assistant personally contacted me and we agreed on a very generous discount towards a 2011 model. I had been sitting on the coupon for 6 months while waiting for the annual Ford Employee pricing sale which automatically gives $6000 off the list price alone!)

Should be here early September. In the meantime, I had been driving a 2009 Civic SI to hold me over while waiting for the 5.0's.

Can't wait!!!

 

And by being so patient it will also be a Job 2 car. Hopefully they have the bugs worked out from Job 1

Ok, maybe I stated it incorrectly...my mistake. I do apologize .I guess I meant I hopefully avoid a long delay on the car like some people experienced with Job 1.

 

Now that's my man. No bugs on mine except those that hit the windshield last night. I hate bugs, especially those that go for the radiator like a Japanese kamikasee.

 

Dan, I have to say that I have looked at your photos at least 10 times today. I'm absolutely blown away by the color in combination with the RTR rims -Very cool! I'm almost tempted to get my brembo rims painted black. Your ride is hot. I was gonna order your color but my last 2 cars were dark grey and all of them before that were black. I went with Grabber Blue just to do something different. Congrats on your ride and awesome photos.

 

lol at the no bugs or hickups. aparently they were holding them to change out parts just because they were testing to see the tolerence level of customers. good to know. and thats the reason they changed parts for job 2.

but congrats on the order. it will be sweet as hell.

Ok....back on topic...I'm pumped . I'm driving my wife crazy talking about my mustang.

 

Just from experience, don't drive her to crazy, you may never know how she'll react . Just sayin' !

 

Mine was almost more thrilled than I was when mine arrived. For this exact reason. Haha
