New options showing on B&P site

Just looking at the build and price site on a base GT and saw something that wasn't there last time I looked.

They are showing options of getting the GT500 rear lower valance and the CS front lower facia. $150 for the rear facia and $250 for the front. The CS front doesn't come with the fogs according to the notes on it.

If they really are available to order factory installed then that is a really good deal!

Awesome. I will certainly order my car with these now through the factory vs. doing it myself. Keeps me from dragging extra parts around in the attic when I don't really need/want them. Still wish they'd add the spoiler delete option to the B&P site.

Yep, they are there. Go into Build and Price. Click on the Accessories tab, they are listed in the Appearance section.

It figures, I just got my VIN yesterday, so it's too late to make changes. Bummer.

Unless you want to update the "look" of the virtual Mustang on the B&P site, it won't matter. Spoiler delete is a "no credit" option. They just don't put it on, and they say, "Thank you very much".

It's strange, on cars.com and on edmunds they do have spoiler delete showing but they don't have any of the accessories showing to price out. I'd like to know what invoice price will be with the accessories.

I know that. I'm simply saying allow the option to be there so that you could spec it exactly how you want it, then print/send it to a dealer for ordering. The option is 13D IIRC.

Yeah I noticed these changes this morning as well. Not that I sit around all day building my dream Mustang, or anything like that....

Didn't the B&P site show spoiler delete on the 2010 site?

Seems stupid to me too that they don't have it that way.

I like the fact you can get the diffuser and lower front fascia. Wonder why Ford will let you get those parts on a Sterling Gray Metallic car but still not let you get the full 402A package.

My thought is that I hope this is not another anomaly of the B&P site and these options are actually available.

Maybe one of the dealer guys on here can verify the availability.

Rear valance does not change when you check/uncheck, right? Or is it just me?

The one shown on virtual Mustang is stock GT rear valance, right? Because it's the same for the V6 and GT right now.

I'm seriously thinking about making the move to this.

Ah, gotcha. Never needed to do that being an A-Planner.
