A better approach would be to do the entire conversion, front end + hood, using genuine Ford parts (or legitimate equivalent).
only problem is no one wants to convert to that front end!

Regarding the vents, it might be tougher than you think. With the 10-12 cars having the power dome, where would you put them? I think on the outside edges of the dome might work, but that poses another question - strength. If you cut the hood, is there any type of support where the vents may go? If so, you're possibly compromising the safety of the hood in a crash, and I don't think anyone wants to do that.

Everyone is getting so worked up over those tiny vents. If you're willing to spend the money to graft those little things in, you might as well just get the Tiger Racing hood and have something that really works.

Anyone else see the blackout on the back end where the license plate goes. I saw a picture of the gotta have it green boss. Looks like its a nice compliment to the blackout between the taillights.

^ wow... the more I see that back end, the more I don't like it. Too much going on back there. The lights I like, the black shroud doesn't do it for me.

Same here....not a fan of the License Plate extended pieces!
Looked ok on a dark car, but the lighter coors it starts to look goooofy!

Does anyone else dislike the 2013 tail lights? They are better than the 2010 but have a little too much rice quality to them. The surrounds shouldn't light up or just be black and maybe I would like them more. Dunno

I like 'em. Certainly a lot more than the '10-'12 tail lights. I think they'll look even great in person, out on the street

Everyone who may be curious how a tail light decklid panel refit would look without changing the rear bumper entirely, it looks like Roush Racing has done just that for the 2012 Grand Am race season. Here's a pic and link.

It doesn't really look as bad as I would have expected.

Great find! I wonder how hard it would be to modify and repaint the plastic bumper to fill the gap?

Check out that rear swaybar, it's like piano wire compared to what you would see on a street car.

I'll be honest, if you can't really see anything past the rear bumper, I may just leave mine that way. Someone that has a car with a color available in the 2013 might feel differently, but the cost savings for a minor appearance tweak.
