I still love my 2013. I just got it this summer. I upgraded from a 2007 V6 Mustang Vert. The 2015's look nice. I don't love it or hate it. If I had not already traded up, I may have waited for a 2015.

All articles I've read, the 3.7 V6 remains unchanged; same HP/TQ it has now. It remains the base entry.

I plan to buy a 2016 GT, as I don't wish my current ride to be beat by a turbo 4!

Ford has been very vague about the hp/tq numbers. I doubt there will be any drop in power and a slight possibility of a slight bump.

I think most likely V6 power numbers will remain the same in order to make the extra cost 4 cylinder option look more appealing

I still love my 13 and wouldn't trade her for the world.

The '15 has some cool tech, but not enough to make me get one on day one.

I waas thinkin about doing a 2013 rear end conversion, dropping a v8 motor under the hood, and loads of other things... Im seriously reconsidering. I overall am very impressed with how much the new model has improved visually. Im really excited to see what kind of performance numbers it puts up once reviews start posting.

Decisons decisions

Yeah not worth doing a swap like that. Just get a used 12 or a 13-14.

With a $3000 cost for a rear end appearance change and $9000-$10000 cost for a new engine and labor, and some unknown cost for loads of other things. well...that's on the way to a new car by a lot!

Well theres three options here

1: Follow plan sorted out above (may car is already paid for and warranty should be about over by the time summer starts)

2: find an 03-04 mach 1 or cobra for sale in decent shape and less than 60-70k miles
(Less than 25-30k price to avoid making too many payments

3: jump into a v8 2015 and get hit with higher insurance and monthly payments

Just do detailing side business work to help get a used 12 gt. Aren't you still in college? Don't get way over your head in loans right off the bat.

Tuition is not a factor due to the Hazelwood Act (gpa has unused scboole hours through the militarry) and books are pretty easy to come by im lucky in that coege is pretty affordable

Also FromZto5, im still doing the detailing but with my current job i hardly have much time for it. Ive been talking with one of my buddies to get him to team up with me and we can knock out cars in half the time, split the pay 60/40 (whoever got the customer gets the bigger cut) and we can handle more calls when were able to work together. On other days when one of us is working and the other is off, its like a solo act.

Just with the ever changing weather down here its been really slow. We have a good week or two of sunshine though and we just finished a good rain period so the phone lines should be blowing up soon. Fingers crossed
