![Question](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
I got a issue with my new Droid Turbo. The phone connects fine to Ford Sync on my 2010 GT and stays connected. However, no matter what music app I use the steering and radio controls to skip a track only sometime work. I have to unlock the phone and select to app to get it to working again. Anyone had this issue before?

It says that the install file has not been found on the thumb drive. I checked several times and the file is in the root directory.
I am worried since I just got this Motorola Turbo and it has left the return period with Verizon. I wish this issued happened day one so I could have taken the phone back.
I did not have this issue with my I-phone 5.

When you download the update, make sure you're downloading it to your desktop, then unzip the files and put them on your flash drive. You should have three files on your USB: SyncMyRide (folder), autoinstall.lst, and install.lst. Is that what you're showing?

No...I called their tech support. Come to find out it was a bluetooth setting. It was set to time out after 2 min. I changed the setting to never time out and it works fine now!

I hate to say it but the issue came back up again. I called and had Verizon tech support walk me through disabling some of the Motorola Moto settings. It seems to be working now but I need to test it for a couple of days.
