Chris, I would call a few dealers and ask if they would do X-Plan. Its still good deal all the way around (for both buyer & dealer). If you have any questions, feel free to give me a call at my store tomorrow after 3 pm (were expecting 6-10 inches of snow so we may not be open too late). I'm always here to help.

So is 500$ the "minimum deposit" or just a magic number for the dealer?

I have requested a buddy of mine generate a pin as he works for publix (usually leaves me hanging so I cant be sure)
Or I can go with Ford Stock/MCA membership like you told me earlier (thanks again for all the help your AWESOME)

X-Plan price 156$ over invoice while it seems like a small amount I could pay my car insurance for 1 month!
So I guess ill find another dealer like this one with NO dealer fee @ invoice but that allows me to ''back out'' if need be.

And I haven't forgot about the rest of you I would like to thank each and everyone who has responded to my questions!!!

Thank you for the love and support, guys!

Although I have read the brochure top to bottom I see nothing about a coupon..
Is it generated randomly so I just have to keep trying? Or should I use different email addresses??
Yes, MCA14OMG. These are regional incentives and not guaranteed to be in every brochure. BTW, welcome to the forum!

I'm guessing requiring one to buy a special order car is different from dealer to dealer. If this one isn't working to your liking I would say try another. Like someone said, take a step back, and regroup. From reading your post it sounds like money is of the essence, so don't step into something you can't handle by jumping to soon.

this is harder then it seems.,

i put in a credit app and apparantly my credit score is lower then i thought!!

I am at 675 via Equifax and the local credit union only approved me for 23,500$

They are offering my 78 months @ 9.99% for a total of about 410$ a month!

My question is with whom do I finance to get the best rate for a 675 score?? (under 10%)

See if the dealer can shop the loan and get you a better rate...

6.5 years at 10% interest? Walk away and reevaluate if you have the income to afford this car. If your credit union is only willing to loan $23.5k with a 675 score which isn't a bad score, that's telling you something. Do the math, $410 x 78 = $31,980, or $8,480 in interest, which is a whopping 36% of the $23,500 they will loan you. Absolutely horrible deal, I can't believe a credit union would even offer such a garbage rate?

Can we ask what your income is?

I just looked at those numbers and almost had a heart attack - rethinking this now!
I work in the construction industry and get paid per job not per hour so I don't know

But I do know that is a hell of a lot of a niterest!

That rate for a 675 seems way high. Your credit union must have tough standards.
I agree with the previous poster. Have the dealer shop for you. If they know a sale is contingent on a decent rate they will have many options. Dealers these days have banks and credit unions they deal with everyday.
I would put off the car and work on the score if you can't get a decent rate. Jumping up to over 700 makes a solid difference. 740 is needed for the best rates but that kind of improvement may not be possible or may take to long.

well she did tell me that "if i had a score of 680 to 719" my APR would have been 5.24% (actual score is 675 via EquiFax)

I was offered 8.99% from MBFS but they were only giving me 5yr @ like 485$ =\\

There's no way any bank - let alone a credit union - would charge 5.24% if your score was north of 700, something isn't right. That's still a terrible rate.

Go elsewhere, what did the dealer quote you?
