Build, Delivered VIN Sequence
Dude, since you're getting A/Z plan means that someone is/did give most of their life to the FoMoCo, and that company provided good compensation back that probably had an affect on you.
The sheer thought that you'd even consider a Z is pathetic. Waiting 3 months for the hottest car of the year isn't that obscene.
I'm in the same situation as you. Please stick with the Mustang, In a few weeks you be glad you did.

Good news all around.
And here's some stats to chew on while you wait... arguably of little to no value. LOL!
JonnyB queries:
110 VINs queried
13 were V6 Coupes
92 were GTs
79 were GT Coupes
13 were GT Verts
5 were Shelby GT500s, all coupes
V6 VINs ranged from 107xxx to 134xxx
GT VINs ranged from 101xxx to 134xxx
Shelby VINs ranged from 102xxx to 133xxx
Some guy queried JonnyB something like 9 separate times. I think that's why he quit.

Call your dealer. Demand (nicely) that they check the detailed vehicle visibility tracking system that only their manager and inventory clerk should have access to.
Haha. We were doing the same thing. BTW, mine probably has just a little more pertaining to order dates because I got a few PM'd to me.
You know it's Monday right...
I lay low on the weekends and check again monday, as long as they check the detailed vehicle visibility system you don't have to wait for Ford to update their system on Thursdays.
How long would be realistic for a vehicle to arrive on a convoy? Would a convoy have to make a bunch of stops on the way, or would it Bee Line straight to the dealerships in my area? I'm sure the cars on Rail would take longer because of the time to unload at all the stops along the way to get on a convoy, but if it already was on a convoy would it just be a couple days? (fingers crossed)
