But MM&FF numbers aren't realistic either unless they are dragging a Camaro SS at the same time. The 11.98 they ran on a stock 2010 GT500 was great but I could only dream of running that in mine.

I agree with you about the side by side comparison. I say line up a 5.0 GT and SS, bone stock except for slicks and let MM&FF and Super Chevy (not really up on Camaro mags) have at it. Forget the Challenger R/T for now because it's not competitive. Best car wins.

Maybe we'll have to refer to the old and new engines as 5.0 Senior and 5.0 Junior. Of course, I like calling it Coyote much more than 5.0 or 302. Hmm, maybe someone ought to make up fender badges that say "Coyote Powered".
