2014 Ordered/Built/Delivered Thread

My dealer told me that my car was ordered last Thursday the 23rd, but cannot provide me with the Vehicle Order Confirmation. Is there any way to get the VOC other than through the dealer? Does it take a week or so to generate the VOC? I thought it would have been immediately.

Thanks Deysha... I guess I should just straight up ask them rather than assume they wouldn't get the stripe right. Im just anxious to make sure its perfect and everything is exactly as ordered.
You mentioned before that I may have a window sticker by today; have you seen anything yet for me? Thanks for all you do, this is a great thread and you are very helpful!

I ordered on 1/14/14, got my vin# on 1/31/14.
When do you normally find out your production date, and get a window sticker?
I just can't wait to get my new toy!
I'm used to building my own mustangs (classics), and building them for others.

Well a big thank you to Deysha!
Looks like my expected pick up date will be mid march,
and I should get a window sticker next week!
I will start buying some parts in the next couple weeks so I have them when the car gets here!
My 65 is not use to this much use but I already sold my daily driver!
Thank God for our California winters and temps in the high 60's!

Sounds like our Mustangs just might be traveling that line together; I can't wait! Wouldn't it be cool if like on an amusement park ride you could get a photo of your Mustang rolling off the line?

I'm kind of confused.I ordered my 2014 GT 5.0 the Monday before Thanksgiving. Was just told Ford pushed the production back to the 2nd. half of Feb. Probably won't see it till the end of March or early April. Yet you guys ordered after me and already got a build sheet.Not a big deal as I won't drive it in the winter and this year the winter here in Wis. is really bad.But seems a little strange.

ElkGroveFordGuy, hey man, I'm actually stationed at Ft Bragg right now in Fayetteville NC... My wife is from Sacramento and though I'm from Miami FL, I'm a huge Niners fan!!!

That's kinda funny... I was stationed in Hawaii before I moved here. Little bit of a change in scenery and weather. Great assignment out there; you should definitely take the opportunity to visit.
