How do you post pics from your iPhone ?

I will say that the wait is painful but so worth it
My car had 11 miles on it. My dealer had it in the middle
Of the showroom and I got to drive it out
Which was something I thought I'd never do.

You have to post pics....

I did watch a vid on the new Fusion going down the assy. line and they had mustangs mixed in with fusions going down together.. I thought it was separate.
Back in the 70's I worked on the AMC line for a summer and they would build two Hornets for every Gremlin, to a tune of 113 cars a shift.

Welcome and congrats on your order, Ricco! I’ll get back to your PM as soon as possible.

Thank you for the kind words, STANGIT-NV!

My build was a total of 84 days from order to P/U. Ordered on 6/13 and I took delivery on 9/5 and the car has been awesome to say the least. The GT500 axlebacks make the car sound like a beast. I have 800 miles on it so far and I can't stop grinning every time I get on it plus averaging about 21mpg too. I can't count all the compliments I have gotten in the last 11 days either.

[QUOTE=Mrsuitcase;6687564] a) a Factory shutdown in July, and the consequential shifts and delays to people's orders; and b) Ford is experiencing a resurgence in customer demand QUOTE]

That might explain when I went Mustang Shopping in Houston & Dallas/Ft Worth last month that every single time I called a dealership about a specific mustang listed on their website it was... "Sorry that one has been sold, Might I interest you in a different one? ... Ok, let me check... Sorry that one is gone too. "

Finally after I called the 8th dealership with one I liked AND was still available. I quickly put a deposit on it and told the sales rep if I didnt like his numbers on the price when I got there I was going to pull out the X-plan on him

Dealer said mine is stuck at a rail yard in Wyoming due to the northern Colorado floods. Waiting for the areas along the route to dry out. Still should be here by the end of next week. Starting to get really excited now. Plus my first few mods are starting to show up in the mail so I need the car now! lol

It's in my driveway!

47 days, order to dealer. I had to coach two cross country meets, or I'd have had this earlier. I 'm on day 2 right now! 125 miles, 75 degrees and sunny...gonna get some more miles on it.

I was amazed at the helpful updates Deysha gave, thank you!

Ford built this car FAST. My order was Aug 1st, the birthdate was Aug 20. It took just under 4 weeks to get from Factory to my dealer after that. Not even 7 calendar weeks for the car I wanted with 10 miles on it when I sat in it!

I am thrilled, it is stealthy (Got the black CS stripes, and they are subtle with the deep impact blue), and already had one 0-60 in 5.5 seconds. Not great yet, but I bet it'll beat most cars out there.

I am super super lucky....and I hope all your cars come soon! It is so worth it the first time you sit in YOUR new Mustang....

Cheers, All!

Well I have to confess I'm a little jealous of your delivery time. However I am happy for you. Looks gorgeous! Congratulations!

GOT IT

Not everyone got theirs quickly, but hang in there way worth it!!

Ordered 6/3
Built 8/22
Delivered 9/20

Still got some cosmetics to take care of ==== Window Louvers/tint/

ALSO, Strongly considering a Hood scoop http://www.americanmuscle.com/mmd-pa...coop-1314.html

Anyone ever attach one like this before? My concern is with rusting since it requires drilling holes---also, comments please on whether to do it or not!

Thank you!

The wait is over.
Ordered on 8/20. Bulit on 9/10. Delivered to dealer on 9/20. Exactly one month of waiting.

For your infomation, the dealer placed my order with priority 10. I feel lucky as it came so fast. When picking her up, I walked in with the private cash of 750 from Ford but the Dealer already has it in their record.

Good luck everyone!

Deepsea, where are you located? I ordered mine same date, we had the same build date as well, and I also have an eta of first week of October. Your post got me all sorts of crazy excited.... hoping mine will be early as well since they are birthday buddies. Did yours come by rail car?
