Ok so here are some pics of my new ride! took my grandma for a spin today and she was not liking it! lmao! She was like "let me just keep on riding in your mom's corolla!" I was like "but grandma it'll keep you young!" says "No! I feel like I'm choking to death every time you shift gears!" lol

So on to the pics. Perhaps the wheels will be my first upgrade since I'm not digging these but I needed the base model to be able to afford the GT.

I think all our GTs come with the engine brace for Canada.

If you're serious to buy, price out what you want on ford.ca, ad then you can call margret at east court ,tell her I sent you....pm....I will let you know the price point. All I can tell you, I didn't pay close to the price erinwood has on those verts....though that white boss they have at msrp is a good deal.

Sales manager at erinwood is a friend of mine.
But I'm going to time my buy with the A-plan family pricing.
I'll probably be looking at end of Jul delivery.
So should be a good deal overall.

Ford isn't very clear with some of the options either.
You know there's a communicatoin breakdown when the dealerships have no clue either.
I'm sure most people learn about everyting on tehse forums and tell the dealerships the way it is.

 

For sure these forums tell the dealers....we broke the news to many dealers about the fogs not in the grille of the 13.

I have seen 2 13s on the road already, both hardtops...one was dark gray, and Gthg...they both looked awesome on the road. So far, I havent seen any convertibles, so I feel special righ now ....especially white .

I know on US website the MSRP starts at $36,590 on GT Premium but all the window stickers start at $34,300. Also the website says for GT Premium it includes the Reverse Sensing and Security package but at dealer you have to add it. I had to call my salesman back the next day to add it.

 

Well, just got off the phone with SVT and, lo and behold, my build date seems to be a moving target; it has changed once again! I expected to see my window sticker today and, instead, I get a 5 day delay! I know patience is a virtue, but I'm not sure I have the patience to be virtuous!!

 

It's been more than a week since I got my VIN number.
I still couldn't get the window sticker from the following site:

Ha! Got you beat hands down. Ordred 2/17, built 3/20, STILL NO delivery as of tdoay, 5/21. The GT sat in the factory lot for almost TWO months. Sitting on a train somewhere in N.W. Ohio after traveling to West Virginia via rail.

 

Man they should discount that thing big time for you but probably won't. That's not right

 

Yeah, fingers crossed. At least you won't have too long of a delivery up in Michigan. Just drive to the factory and pick it up!

Yeah as far as I know. Didn't want to bother Deysha yet since it hasn't been a week . I emailed my dealer today though to see if they take Costco discount. Not sure if which would be better... X plan or Costco

 

I started with the dealers by using Costco. It's roughly $250 over "invoice."
