Hey guys,
picked her up today, wondering if this is normal while breaking her in, but I hear clunk every now and then when shifting from first to second... being this is my first brand new car I don't know, but in any other car I would be worried.

New 2013 SGM GT Premium
I orderded my car from the dealer April 18th but didn't find this forum till a couple weeks later. I joined because of the remarks of gettng a status from Deysha. I sent her a PM and got my first status which of course was the car is in proccessing. I was hoping for a quicker turnaround but I guess I can wait. Maybe

My current ride is a 2007 gray V-6 Mustang. I have also owned a 65 Coupe, 81 Coupe and a 88 GT
I like the V-6 but it just isn't a GT. My wife would not even let me look at a VV-6 this time.

I read a story from April 1st that the Mustang plant was idled the very next week because they had 116 days worth of inventory which is twice their optimal level. Wondering why orders are taking so long or if it just normal to produce a car in that time. I thought i read at the Michigan Truck plant it takes 16 hours to make it.
Surprised no one called me out on this! This is old info from last year and I apologize. I'll give everyone credit for ignoring me and not calling me anything nasty lol. Thanks

I just ordered mine on Tuesday and was told 7-8 maybe up to 12! Salesman said something about getting the order in soon possibly before shutdown. I'm hoping since Ford cut the shutdown from two weeks to one it will come sooner.

Something funny happened after I read your reply Deysha.
Got a call in from the Ford parts department where I ordered the car saying that they had my all weather floor mats that came through fedex. I kinda laughed with the guy when I told him that I hadn't even got the car yet. The new car salesman still hasn't replied to me since the 9th though.

Decided to cancel my order last week. Just wasn't meant to be. However, I went with the car I wanted in the first place. Flew to Atlanta and picked up a 2012 GT500 Black Convertible on X-plan. Drove it home. Best 600 miles of my life.
