I've order many cars in my life & usually the dealer order # is 2 numbers & 2 letters. Meaning not 4 numbers like u got.
My guess is your order has not been submitted yet but Deysha can tell you better for sure. Good luck!

It was said somewhere here on the forums that the order number is made up by the dealer simply as a way to track the order internally. That is why Deysha also needs the dealer name/number to put both of them together to be able to track it.

I ordered a Mustang that is to be red,
and after the order I sit back in dread.
No way could I know when the build date would be,
or when it would arrive so it I could see.
But I found this Girl, the best in the group,
that would work hard each day, and keep me in the loop.
So when ask where's the car, I no longer say DUH,
I just PM that Girl, who's name is Deysha.

Many thanks again to Deysha for the good news. Our car is in Winston Salem, NC waiting for transport to the dealer. It's only an hour away, I should just go get her and bring her home.

Hello Deysha and TMS Members .. new member of the site and soon to be first time mustang owner. Just ordered(4/20/12) a 2013 GT/CS Convertible. I was wondering if you could find any information about our order. My dealer is Bergey's Ford , Ambler PA 19002 (F16037) and I have an order # J66D.
