so the question is, does someone have the 2012 canadian pricing guide so we can compare how much the 2013 went up compared to the 2012, and use that as a comparison for what we can guess the U.S. 2013 increase will be?

The prices Ford of Canada set are way higher on a base price standard vs our base prices. You cannot simply compare the prices and use a conversion of american vs canadian dollars. Ford sets the prices for the canadian cars much higher than our cars.
