There is, if you can find the batch of VINs that are built per day. I believe they build over 120 a day I think. I can find out by sending a PM to a good friend who would know.

Is it just me, or do those tips stick out kind of far from the bumper? They don't seem to as much from the Borla site.

so i finnaly got around to going to the dealer today to price out the mustang i want, but the numbers feel off abit. i asked for red candy gt with track pack, leather recaros, and a pedestal spoiler, and they qouted me at 37800-500 rebate.
the only other thing i wanted is a working alarm but i dont want to get the revers sensing pack, and i was told they could install one after market. so the final price he gave me was 37300, ON X PLAN, not including ttl and dd. something feels real off about this, i have the finger on the trigger, but i wanted to see what you guys think

 

All Mustangs get a passive alarm. The reverse-sensing & security package is an active alarm: basically, more sensors, a bigger battery & wheel locks. You're good there. The price depends on whether you're taking base model GT or premium. Which is it?

 

well to get the leather recaros i think it has to be premium, if i cant get them in leather i dont want them

- brake performance pakage
- bembo race package
Or just the latter?

Aso does anyone know what "Unique Front Corner Modules" is referring to in those packages?

 

They are way bigger in person. I don't mind the diameter though. I'm more concerned about the protrusion. They're welded so there is no adjustability. I know if you loosen the exhaust train underneath you can shift things a bit. I like roush because the tips were adjustable. I am hoping it looks good on the 13.

I plan on putting them on as soon as I get home from the dealer. Pix to follow immeadiately hehe. Right now summit has them for dirt cheap.

 

I wonder if they stick out more so people can read the Borla logo easier :P

My local Mustang club toured the Flat Rock plant last summer; in addition to being a fascinating experience they told us some tidbits as we walked. IIRC, they build a little over 300 per day and their is a large digital clock-like thing at the end of the assembly line that shows the day production, seemed to me it was near 300 by late afternoon.

Also, the builds are in no way sequential by VIN, they are random...

One more cool thing: seeing Mazda 6's and every variation of Mustang all mixed together as they come down the line was way cool - Bosses and Shelby's mixed in with coupes, convertibles and V6 and V8 models. Their pre-production planning must be a work of technical art.
